Terms of Service
Please review these terms carefully before using Pixora. They outline the commitments between you and Berke Kaya, the developer operating Pixora.
Last updated: December 15, 2025
Legal Notice
Pixora is operated by Berke Kaya, sole proprietor based in Ankara, Turkey. All purchases and payments are processed securely by our authorized Merchant of Record, who handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.
1. Agreement and Acceptance
Pixora is provided by Berke Kaya as an individual developer. By accessing or using the service, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Pixora.

2. Service Overview
Pixora offers AI generated image creation through a credit based workflow. The platform supports user authentication, subscriptions, and one time credit purchases. Infrastructure providers such as Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Replicate, Upstash, and Resend enable the overall experience, while our authorized Merchant of Record handles all payment processing. Pixora only provides digital outputs; no physical goods or physical deliveries are provided. AI images may not always look exactly as imagined; trying a few variations usually leads to the best results.
3. Account and Security
You must provide accurate information during account creation and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access. Account deletion requests must be emailed to info@usepixora.com from the same address registered to your Pixora account; verified requests are completed within 30 days and include removal of stored generations and associated media.
4. User Content and Uploads
When you upload files for AI generation you confirm that:
- You have the rights and necessary permissions to use the uploaded content.
- The content does not include personal data of others without their consent.
- The content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe any third party rights.
- Generated outputs may resemble results created for other users because prompts and AI models are non-exclusive.
Uploaded files are stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2 and processed by Replicate solely to deliver the service. Pixora does not use your uploads for model training, public sharing, or marketing. Content that breaches these terms may be removed or restricted.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pixora to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- Violates any law or intellectual property rights.
- Promotes hate, violence, adult, or unlawful material.
- Attempts to attack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
- Creates defamatory, deceptive, or impersonated content such as deepfakes or synthetic identity documents.
- Generates explicit sexual content, fetish material, or otherwise NSFW imagery.
Pixora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Ownership
You own the rights to the AI generated outputs you create, subject to any preset or model-specific licenses. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique—similar prompts can yield similar results for other users. You grant Pixora a limited, revocable license to host, process, and display your uploads and outputs solely to deliver the product, enforce policies, and provide support. Pixora retains ownership of its software, presets, and infrastructure.
7. Credits and Subscriptions
Pixora credits are service tokens, not currency. Subscription credits renew automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date, while extra credit packs never expire and are consumed only after your subscription balance. Credits are spent when you generate images and failed jobs automatically refund the spent credits. Unused credits are removed when you delete your account or if Pixora must close an account for policy violations.
8. Billing and Payments
Payments are securely handled by our authorized Merchant of Record, who acts as the reseller of Pixora's digital services. The Merchant of Record calculates applicable taxes at checkout, issues invoices, retries failed payments, and oversees refunds or chargebacks. Some payments may require Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) per PSD2 regulations.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Pixora billing screen or the customer portal provided by our payment provider; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger an automatic refund. Refund requests must be submitted within the timelines stated in the Refund Policy and are reviewed jointly with our Merchant of Record. EU/UK consumers acknowledge during checkout that immediate access waives the statutory 14-day withdrawal right once the service starts.
10. Liability and Warranty
Pixora is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the fees you paid within the last three months.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul, Turkey.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when legal or operational requirements change. If a change is material, we will notify registered users by email and/or in-product messaging at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of Pixora after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
