What is Pixora?
Pixora is an AI product photography platform that transforms raw photos into marketplace-ready images using Smart Presets—no prompts needed.
How do I get started?
Create a free account, select a preset, upload your product photo, and click generate. Your image will be ready in seconds.
Do I need to write prompts?
No. Our presets contain built-in photography rules. You just pick the style you want.

Credits & Usage

How do Pixora credits work?
Credits allow you to run AI generations. Subscription plans refresh credits every billing cycle, and you can buy extra packs whenever you need them. Each generation shows how many credits it will consume before you confirm.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a job fails or times out, credits are automatically returned to your balance. There is no need to open a ticket; refunds happen instantly in the background.
Do extra credit packs expire?
No. Add-on credit packs never expire and are consumed only after your monthly subscription credits run out. Credits act as service tokens inside Pixora—they are not convertible to cash and can't be transferred. If you delete your account, unused credits are removed together with your data.
Can I use images commercially?
Yes. You own the final asset and can use it on Amazon, Shopify, or Billboards.
Who sees my products?
Your studio is private. Your uploaded reference photos and generated assets are visible only to you. We do not share your unreleased products.

Billing & Refunds

Who charges my card?
Pixora's authorized Merchant of Record processes all payments. They handle taxes, refunds, and chargebacks on our behalf. Charges will appear on your bank statement with a descriptor linked to our payment provider.
Which payment methods can I use?
Our payment provider supports major credit and debit cards. Additional payment methods may be available depending on your region and device.
How are taxes calculated?
Applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout by our Merchant of Record using your billing address. The tax amount appears before you pay and on every invoice. Pixora receives net payouts and remains responsible for any income taxes on those payouts.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Pixora billing screen or the customer portal provided by our payment provider; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Where do I manage billing or download invoices?
Use the customer portal (linked inside every Pixora billing email) to update cards, cancel, or download invoices. You can also access your order history to re-send receipts if needed.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds may be available within 14 days if subscription credits have not been used. Email info@usepixora.com with your payment receipt and we will review it according to the refund policy. Our Merchant of Record may also issue refunds within approximately 60 days to prevent duplicate charges or chargebacks.
How long do refunds take to appear?
Once a refund is approved, it is issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to approximately 10 business days to show on the statement. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed.
Do EU/UK withdrawal rights apply?
Pixora delivers digital content immediately. At checkout we ask EU/UK buyers to consent to instant access and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once generation begins. If you do not agree, please wait to launch the service.
Why was I asked for extra verification?
Banks in PSD2 regions may require Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure). Complete the verification challenge (SMS/app approval) to finish payment. If the challenge fails, retry or use a different payment method.
